Air freight from Miami is typically 5–7 business days; sea freight and barrels run 3–5 weeks; China and Turkey lanes vary by consolidation schedule. Customs clearance can add 7 days.
Pay securely online via Inkress or bank transfer right from your dashboard. We never store your card details. You'll receive an automatic receipt and your package status updates once payment clears.
Packages are stored free for 10 days after they're marked Ready for Pickup. After the grace period a small daily storage fee applies, you'll get automated warnings before any fee begins.
Yes. With Assisted Shopping, send us the product link and we'll purchase, consolidate and ship it to your door ideal if a store won't accept your card or won't ship to Jamaica. You can create an account and send us a request or you can send it from the website.

Yes. Shipments over 30lbs require a partial freight deposit within 10 days after packing. Full payment must be completed before final delivery.

Yes! We offer convenient mobile delivery services within Montego Bay and surrounding areas. Delivery fees may apply depending on location.
Yes. Less than a container load- 70% freight deposit is due 10 days after packing for shipments over 10 CBM. Full container- Payment Terms: 50% deposit before packing balance due 1 month before docking. Duty due upon docking after declaration submission: Must provide item list and invoices for customs clearance. FCL quotes only last up to 15-30 days.
