Solid Trust Courier's liability begins when an item is received and scanned into our network and ends at delivery handoff or branch pickup. We are not liable for losses before goods enter our network or after delivery confirmation. Declared value must be accurate for any claim.
A valid commercial invoice or receipt is required for every shipment before customs estimates and final processing. Customers are responsible for accurate declarations. Customs duties, GCT and seasonal surcharges are set by Jamaica Customs and passed through at cost plus brokerage.
Packages are stored free for 10 days after being marked Ready for Pickup. After the grace period a daily storage fee applies. Automated warnings are sent before any fee begins. Unclaimed packages may be disposed of after 30 days.
Payment is required before delivery or release. We accept Inkress and bank transfer through trusted providers. We never store card data. Receipts are issued automatically and status updates once payment clears.
Customer data is protected with role-based access, row-level security, server-only keys, HTTPS and audit logging. We do not sell customer data. Every status change records who changed it and when.
Each customer is deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions upon opening an account with Solid Trust Courier. We strongly advise all account holders to review our Terms and Conditions regularly to remain informed of any updates or changes. After completing registration, each customer will receive our U.S.A. Turkey and China mailing address along with a unique mailbox number. All shipments must include your correct mailbox number to ensure proper processing.
It is the sole responsibility of the merchant or shipper to properly package items for safe transit. Solid Trust Courier is not responsible for: Improper packaging Damage to fragile or breakable items Damage caused due to poor packaging standards. All disputes related to packaging or item condition must be resolved directly between the customer and the seller. Solid Trust Courier will not mediate disputes between customers and merchants.
The total liability of Solid Trust Courier for uninsured shipments is limited to a maximum of US$50.00. Solid Trust Courier provides basic insurance coverage up to US$50.00 per shipment. For shipments valued over US$200.00, customers must notify Solid Trust Courier before shipping. If additional insurance coverage is required beyond US$50.00, arrangements must be made through a third party prior to shipment. Failure to notify us for higher-value shipments may limit claim eligibility.
Solid Trust Courier reserves the right to sell, auction, or otherwise dispose of any items that remain unclaimed for thirty (30) days after notification of arrival. Storage fees may apply during the holding period.
China Air Freight Prohibited List -No Liquids, powders -No Wax, gel, glue -No Paint, medicine, gummies -No Herbs, tea -No Solar powered items -No Phone, tablets, watch, laptop -No Battery operated items -No Items longer or wider than 55 cm packaged. Non compliant packages will be rerouted to Seafreight at a cost of $20USD
China Seafreight Prohibited List No solar system (unless vendor is pre-approved by the warehouse) Inverters must get Pre-approval from the warehouse. No Solar batteries. Contact us before shipping any of these items. ⚠️If sent to the warehouse without prior approval they'll be rejected. Please note China rates are subjected to change without prior notice.
We cannot accept the following. Submitting prohibited items may result in seizure, fines and account closure.
